Julie Miller
Julie Miller is an established local artist working in mixed media. Julie trained with the Open College of Art, and is currently aspiring to an undergraduate programme. The work is intuitive and sensitive bringing together a lifetime of observation and a love of colour.
Influences can be ascribed to fauvist art at the turn of the century and a real idiosyncratic and personal observation of the world around her and the built environment, recent influences include the auto biographical work of Joan Erderly and John Bratbry which feed an enthusiastic and vibrant approach to image making and the world of art
